Christmas Shipping and Returns information
The last orders processed for pre-Christmas delivery for orders from the UK will be 5pm on 18th December 2013. The last processing date for overseas orders (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and EU member states) will be 5th December 2013. All orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class and so any UK orders placed up to and including 18th December 2013 should arrive before Christmas, subject to Royal Mail service availability.
In addition, we have extended our Returns Policy to allow for the Christmas period. We will gladly exchange any T-shirt purchased throughout November or December for a different size up until 10th January 2014, providing the T-shirt is in as-new condition and still has the tags attached.

(Design and Print) Ltd, referred to hereafter as “the Company”.
By placing an order on Force18.co.uk, you
are forming a contract between you and CanCraft (Design and Print) Ltd.
Force 18 is a UK based business and only accepts payments in UK Pounds Sterling. Orders from outside the UK will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling. To find out approximately how much an order will cost, we suggest using the currency converter at www.xe.com/ucc.
Please note that we are unable to accept any responsibility for any currency conversions. It is your responsibility to find out the cost of our products in your local currency, which can change due to fluctuations and different rates from banks.
Shipping and Returns information
All goods will be delivered through the
Royal Mail first-class service. Overseas orders are despatched using
AirMail services. We can presently only ship to the United Kingdom
(including overseas BFPO addresses), Ireland, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and European Member States.
We aim to despatch orders within
1-2 working days, depending on stock levels. During busy periods such as
Christmas and New Year your order may take longer to process. We will inform
you if there is likely to be any extended delay in delivery.
Please note that if orders have not been
received within 28 days of despatch you should contact us and we will begin the investigation
Orders for the United Kingdom and Ireland are shipped free of any additional charge.
Overseas orders are charged as follows:
Countries in the European Union - £3.00 for the initial item, plus an extra £1.50 per additional item.
Rest of the World, including the USA, Canada and Australia - £4.50 for the initial item, plus an extra £2.00 per additional item.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
If you buy a T-shirt from us and it doesn't fit, we will gladly
exchange it for a different size. We strongly suggest that you look at our T-shirt
size guide which can be found by clicking the 'More Info' link next to the T-shirt
size option box on any T-shirt information page.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you
have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased as long as they
are non-personalised products or not produced to your own specifications. The
full details of which are as follows:
If you decide that you wish to cancel your
order before we have despatched the goods, you must contact us immediately
by telephone, letter, fax or e-mail.
You must supply your full details including
your order number.
We advise that all cancellation notices to “the
Company” must be kept by you as having given “the Company” the cancellation
“The Company” will refund all monies paid
as soon as possible after the cancellation notice has been received, up to a
maximum of 30 days.
If cancellation notice is received after your order has been despatched, we will
require the goods to be immediately returned by post in as-new condition. Once the goods have been returned to us in
good condition we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods. However, the cost incurred for return postage will not be refunded by The Company.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase(s)
once received then you should contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Once you have informed us that you are
dissatisfied, we will give you a Returns Authorisation Number and an address to return the goods to. The goods
must be in “as-new” condition. Once products have been obviously worn (i.e. tags removed) or washed we will
be unable accept them back unless they are defective. We will be unable to accept goods back that are soiled.
In the event of a T-shirt not fitting we will be happy to exchange it for a different size. However,
we strongly recommend that you look at the T-shirt size chart which is accessible from every product page on our website
“The Company” have made every effort to
ensure that the Site contains all the current information and pricing
structures, and that they meet to our high standard of expectation, and remain
error free and accurate.
However there might be on occasions,
omissions, errors, incorrect product information and incorrect product
descriptions. If a product is purchased from “the Company” and does not meet
the description as described you have the right to return the item in an unused
and re-saleable condition.
This site is provided by “the Company” and
we will make every effort to ensure our highest security and quality remain
paramount to us.
However, “the Company” does not warrant
that its site or e-mails sent from “the Company” are free from errors, viruses
or any other harmful components.
“The Company” will not be liable for any
damages that might arise from the use of this site, its contents and / or
others materials provided by us, including but not limited to direct, indirect,
incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
