The FLA's code of conduct dictates, amongst others, that:

There should be no forced or child labour.

Employees should not be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal abuse.

No discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social or ethnic origin.

Wages should be at least the minimum legally required by local law or the prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher.

Employers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment.

Force 18 is a UK based business and only accepts payments in UK Pounds Sterling. Orders from outside the UK will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling. To find out approximately how much an order will cost, we suggest using the currency converter at www.xe.com/ucc.

Please note that we are unable to accept any responsibility for any currency conversions. It is your responsibility to find out the cost of our products in your local currency, which can change due to fluctuations and different rates from banks.

We have two primary methods of payment, Credit/Debit cards and PayPal.

Credit and Debit card processing is handled securely by Protx. If you choose this option during checkout you will be passed to their secure pages to provide payment information, then passed back to our site once the payment has been processed.

Paypal is also available as a payment option. PayPal allows you to pay using funds from your Paypal account and they also accept most forms of credit and debit cards. You don't even need a PayPal account to make the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account, when you reach the PayPal login screen there will be a link on the left hand side of the window which you can click on to make your payment without having to set up an account.

Please be aware that if you choose to pay by Paypal's E-Cheque method, it presently takes just over a week for funds to clear and your order will not ship until the payment has cleared.

Shipping to UK addresses is free with Force 18. In the UK we use the Royal Mail's first class service, so delivery should be with 1-2 working days of despatch.

Outside of the UK, we have some additional fees that are calculated during checkout.

For European countries there is an initial charge of £3.00, plus an extra £1.50 per additional item.

For countries outside the EU, including the United States, Canada and Australia, there is an initial charge of £4.50, plus an extra £2.00 per additional item.

For overseas addresses such as the United States, Canada and Europe, we ship using Airmail. Delivery time can vary but is usually within 2 weeks.

We may on occasion supply another brand of similar quality such as Fruit of the Loom or Hanes.
