Everyone's definition of "Ethical" is different. Our T-shirts are sourced from Gildan, who were accredited by the Fair Labor Association (FLA) in 2007. Accreditation is a process that takes three years and Gildan were one of only eight companies worldwide to have achieved it at that time.
The FLA's code of conduct dictates, amongst others, that:
There should be no forced or child labour. Employees should not be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal abuse. No discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social or ethnic origin. Wages should be at least the minimum legally required by local law or the prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher. Employers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment. - Which countries can you ship to?
We presently ship to the UK (and BFPO addresses), Ireland, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all EU Member States. Please check back often for the latest update.

- What methods of payment do you take?
We have three primary methods of payment, Credit/Debit cards, PayPal and Cheque/Postal Order.
Credit and Debit card processing is handled securely by Protx. If you choose this option during checkout you will be passed to their secure pages to provide payment information, then passed back to our site once the payment has been processed.
PayPal allows you to pay using funds from your Paypal account and they also accept most forms of credit and debit cards. You don't even need a PayPal account to make the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account, when you reach the PayPal login screen there will be a link on the left hand side of the window which you can click on to make your payment without having to set up an account. Please be aware that if you choose to pay by Paypal's E-Cheque method, it presently takes just over a week for funds to clear and your order will not ship until the payment has cleared.

- Can I place an order over the telephone?
At present we are unable to take orders over the telephone. However, we are working very hard to provide this service and hope to have it up and running soon. Please check back often for more information.

- What shipping services are available and how are rates calculated?
Shipping to UK addresses is free with Force 18. In the UK we use the Royal Mail's first class service, so delivery should be with 1-2 working days of despatch.
For overseas addresses such as the United States, Canada and Europe, we ship using surface mail. Delivery time can vary but is usually within 2 weeks.

- Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
Yes. Simply choose the Cheque/Postal Order option when you proceed through the checkout.
Please make cheques payable to CanCraft (Design and Print) Ltd. - this is especially important!

- Can you ship to a different address?
Due to the heavy amount of card fraud that takes place these days, we aren't supposed to ship to anything other than the cardholder's address. If you really need something shipped to an alternate address, use the comments field to specify the address and give a reason why you'd like your order shipped there and we will do our best to help you.

- What brand T-shirts do you use?
We use Gildan Ultra-T's which are among the best garments that we've seen. They are heavyweight, very hard wearing and we wouldn't offer them if we didn't feel they were the best.We may on occasion supply another brand of similar quality such as Fruit of the Loom or Hanes.

- How should I wash my T-shirts?
We recommend a 40 degree wash with the garment turned inside out. However, we're lazy and don't turn our T's inside out and they are still perfect, even after we've pretty much lived in them. However, the T-shirts should not be tumble-dried.
Above all, please don't forget to remove the T-shirt from your body before washing.

- What is turkey ham?
We're not 100% sure. Perhaps there have been secret experiments taking place to cross breed turkeys with pigs and product pig-sized turkeys, or even turkey sized pigs (awww...cute!). We don't really know...go ask Bernard Matthews.

- Is there a discount for bulk orders?
We have a long-term discount in place. Save 25% when you spend over £50. Effectively this means that if you buy four T-shirts, one of them is free. In addition, every T-shirt you buy after the fourth one is 25% cheaper. We think that's a pretty special offer!
