CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited is a friendly and very approachable family run company. We are customer-focussed and strive to keep you informed at every stage of the order process.
We use mainly Gildan heavyweight T-shirts which are hard-wearing and in our opinion, some of the best quality garments available on the market today.
About our T-shirts
We are aware that some of our slogan T-shirt designs could be offensive to others. They are intended to be worn amongst friends and like-minded people. We recommend that they are worn responsibly and with caution as some members of the public or authorities may take offense. Force 18 and CanCraft (Design and Print) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any matters arising from the wearing of our products.
Force 18 and the logos or trade marks of any content on the site are owned by CanCraft(Design and Print) Limited. You are not granted any right or interest in these except as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Your use of the Site following such changes will constitute your agreement to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of use as changed.
You have the right, that if you do not agree to the revised or modified changes to the Terms and Conditions, to terminate your use of the Site.
Making a Purchase
Just browse the web store and find what interests you and just add them to your ‘basket’, customising the product as necessary
Once you have finished your selection, click on ‘checkout’ and after giving us the necessary information for your order you will be then taken to PayPal to make your payment.
An order is not an order until you have received an acceptance and confirmation notice from us.
Once you have confirmed a purchase, you have set up a contract with CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited, to supply the goods to you and for you to pay for such goods.
We do not currently accept credit cards over the phone or in-house.
CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited use online secure credit card transaction systems provided by SagePay and PayPal.
We accept the following cards Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, and Solo etc in accordance SagePay or PayPal’s policies.
One of the most effective ways to protect yourself from identity theft is to keep your personal and financial information as private as possible. A unique benefit of paying with PayPal is that CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited receive payments without ever seeing your financial details. When paying by card though PayPal, the payment transaction is made by yourself as you place your order and your payment details are held by the PayPal, not by CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited. It is one of the safest ways to pay online. Not only do PayPal take measures to protect your financial information, they can also offer extensive protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account.
CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited, have no facility to charge additional payments to your card, although authorisation can be made to make full and partial refunds when necessary.
When you register with us, and/or place an order, we will need to know your name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number. This information is essential for CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited to fulfil your order and notify you of the status of your order. This information will, on no occasion, be passed onto any third party, unless CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited is required to do so by law.
Opt in/ Opt Out
We may also use your information for the purpose of providing you with information about any special offers or new features of our Site, which may be of interest to you if you so wish.
If at any time you wish to receive or stop receiving said information, you can access your account and amend your preferences.
Force 18 is a UK based business and only accepts payments in UK Pounds Sterling. Orders from outside the UK will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling. To find out approximately how much an order will cost, we suggest using the currency converter at www.xe.com/ucc.
Please note that we are unable to accept any responsibility for any currency conversions. It is your responsibility to find out the cost of our products in your local currency, which can change due to fluctuations and different rates from banks.
Only orders to CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited that contain correct information can and will be processed. Please note, that if your are paying by credit/debit card, it is essential that you use billing address for your credit/debit card as you main account address.
As of February 2009 we can no longer accept payment by cheque or postal order.
Exceptions to the Site (Pricing and Stock Levels)
Sometimes, unfortunately, there might occurrences of pricing or stock level differences. If we have inadvertently miss priced goods, we will contact you first to ensure that the correct price is acceptable before continuing with the order.
Or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason we will contact you first and offer an alternative or inform you when the item(s) should be back in stock and the delivery times expected.
All goods are despatched through Royal Mail services.
We use the First Class service for UK orders and Airmail for overseas orders. We currently ship to the UK & Ireland, all European member states plus the USA, Canada, Austrailia and New Zealand.
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 1-2 working days, depending on stock levels. During exceptional busy periods such as Christmas and New Year we endeavour to despatch within 5 working days. If any delay in delivery is likely will contact you to inform you of the situation.
Please note that if orders have not been received within 28 days of dispatch you should contact us and we will then (where possible) re-send the order.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased as long as they are non-personalised products or not produced to your own specifications. The full details of which are as follows:
If you decide that you wish to cancel your order before you have received your purchase, you must contact us immediately in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail. We will not accept any cancellations by phone.
You must supply your full details including your account and purchase order information.
We advise that all cancellation notices to Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited must be keep by you as having given Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited the cancellation notice.
Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited will refund all monies paid as soon as possible after the cancellation notice has been received, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase(s) once received, under this non-personalised section then you should contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.
You must return unwanted goods if you cancel the contract with Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited, under the Distance Selling Regulations.
You must take reasonable care to ensure that Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited receives the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit.
Failure to do so, might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited will have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.
All unwanted goods, following receipt of the cancellation notice should be returned to Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited within 30 days of the notice of cancellation.
The cost of returning goods to Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited belongs with you the customer.
If you fail to return the goods, or send them back at the expense of Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited, we will then charge you the direct cost to us for the return, even if by then Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited have refunded you your money.
Failure to return the goods to Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited following the cancellation notice will result in you being in breach of you statutory duty as required by the contract.
Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited will refund all monies paid as soon as possible after the notice of cancellation has been received, even if the cancelled goods have not received back by Cancraft (Design and Print) Limited up to a maximum of 30 days.

CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited recommend that you view the frequently asked questions section to ensure longevity of your purchases.
CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited have made every effort to ensure that the Site contains all the current information and pricing structures, and that they meet to our high standard of expectation, and remain error free and accurate.
However there might be on occasions, omissions, errors, incorrect product information and incorrect product descriptions. If a product is purchased from CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited and does not meet the description as described you have the right to return the item in an unused and re-saleable condition as per the Terms and conditions for the Non-personalised products.
This site is provided by CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited and we will make every effort to ensure our highest security and quality remain paramount to us.
However, CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited does not warrant that its site or e-mails sent from CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited are free from errors, viruses or any other harmful components.
We at CanCraft (Design and Print) Limited will not be liable for any damages that might arise from the use of this site, its contents and / or others materials provided by us, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
